These terms apply when you use the ArtificialArtz studio sites. They are written for a pre-seed studio with public demos — not as a sales contract.
These terms cover https://artificialartz.xyz (studio) and https://demo.artificialartz.xyz (system catalog and proofs of concept). Related studio properties such as https://blog.artificialartz.xyz are operated by the same studio. Product sites including cakelet.co and mirakombin.com are separate launches and are not governed by this page unless they say otherwise.
Operator: ArtificialArtz, an AI-native systems studio with places of business in Berlin and Istanbul. Contact: [email protected]. Scheduling: cal.com/artificialartz.
You may browse the studio site, read the catalog, and try the public demos for evaluation. You may not scrape the sites in a way that degrades service, attempt to break into infrastructure, misrepresent affiliation with ArtificialArtz, or reuse our marks, copy, or system names as if they were yours.
ArtificialArtz is pre-seed and pre-revenue. Catalog items labelled proof of concept, lab, or similar are experiments. They may be incomplete, intermittent, or withdrawn without notice. They are provided as is, without warranty of any kind — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that output is accurate, complete, or safe to rely on in production.
Do not submit secrets, production credentials, personal data of third parties, or anything you cannot afford to expose to a public demo. If a demo processes a domain or other input you provide, you are responsible for having the right to submit it.
Nothing on these sites is legal, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Conversations booked through Cal.com are introductory unless we agree something else in writing.
The ArtificialArtz name, wordmark, site design, and original copy belong to the studio. Third-party names (including CakeLet, MiraKombin, Cal.com, Cloudflare, and partners mentioned on the site) belong to their owners. You do not receive a licence to those materials beyond viewing the pages.
Booking runs on Cal.com. Delivery of the sites uses Cloudflare and ordinary hosting. Google Fonts may load typefaces. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ArtificialArtz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the sites or demos, including lost data, lost business, or reliance on experimental output. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law (including, where applicable, liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).
If you are a consumer in the EU, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms are intended to be read under the laws of Germany and/or Turkey as applicable to the parties and the use of the sites. We do not designate a specific court here. Any exclusive venue would need to be confirmed with counsel. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after the date at the top is treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
This page is a site policy, not legal advice.
