Privacy notice

How ArtificialArtz handles personal data on the studio sites. This describes current practice; it is not legal advice.

Last updated 22 August 2026 · artificialartz.xyz and demo.artificialartz.xyz

Who we are

The controller for this website is the studio operating as ArtificialArtz, a privately held AI-native systems studio with places of business in Berlin, Germany and Istanbul, Turkey. The public studio site also lists Munich on the intro. Contact for privacy requests: [email protected]. Bookings: cal.com/artificialartz.

ArtificialArtz is pre-seed and pre-revenue. Public records describe a privately held studio; they do not publish a commercial-register number, VAT/USt-IdNr, or street address. Correspondence is by email and Cal.com only.

This notice covers the studio marketing site https://artificialartz.xyz and the catalog at https://demo.artificialartz.xyz. The same operator also runs https://blog.artificialartz.xyz. Separate products such as cakelet.co and mirakombin.com are related launches, not this controller, and may have their own operators and policies.

What we collect

We do not run an on-site contact form. Personal data typically reaches us in these ways:

We do not sell personal data. We do not run our own analytics, ads, or tracking pixels on these pages.

Cookies and similar storage

This studio site does not set first-party marketing cookies. Language preference uses localStorage only.

Cloudflare, sitting in front of the sites, may set its own cookies (for example security or load-balancing cookies). Those are Cloudflare’s, not ours. Cal.com may set cookies if you open their booking page.

Because we do not use non-essential first-party tracking, we do not show a blocking cookie banner. If we later add analytics or ads, this notice and the banner practice will change.

Why we use data

In plain language, using GDPR categories as a guide:

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Retention

Email and booking correspondence is kept as long as the conversation and any follow-up reasonably require, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice. Server logs are kept for a short operational window (typically days to a few weeks, depending on host and CDN defaults). Language preference stays in your browser until you clear site data.

Who else sees data

Social links (LinkedIn, Instagram, GitHub) send you to those platforms; they are not loaded as trackers on our pages.

International transfers

Processors such as Cloudflare, Cal.com, and Google may process data outside the EEA or Turkey. Where that happens, they rely on their own transfer mechanisms (for example Standard Contractual Clauses). We have not independently audited those arrangements.

Your rights (GDPR)

If EU/EEA or UK data-protection law applies to you, you can ask us to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold, restrict or object to certain processing, and (where applicable) receive a portable copy. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country (in Germany, typically a Landesdatenschutzbehörde). Write to [email protected].

KVKK — users in Turkey

If you are in Turkey and we process your personal data in connection with these sites (for example an email or a booking), ArtificialArtz acts as data controller (veri sorumlusu) for that processing under Law No. 6698 (KVKK), to the extent it applies.

We process identity and contact data you give us, and technical data from site access, for communication, security, and operating the website. You may request information about your data, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may object, by emailing [email protected]. You may also apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) if you believe your KVKK rights are not respected.

Children

These sites are aimed at founders, partners, and investors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will update this page when practices change (for example if we add analytics). The date at the top is the latest revision.
